WOW! Imagine waking up and wanting to gain 150 pounds! Not me and probably not you either.
Consider this instead:

I’ve been studying with Evelyn Tribole to become an Intuitive Eating Counselor which I’ve integrated into my coaching paradigm. The reasons I was attracted to Intuitive Eating are:
- I’m obese. It’s not healthy or desired but it is true.
- I’ve dieted off and on my whole life and gained back a herd of elephants.
- I’ve studied obesity, including for my capstone Master’s Degree project, and learned that dieting never works as a permanent solution to obesity or health.
- Learning to love myself as I am was a path I wanted to walk.
I’ve been amazed with the Intuitive Eating paradigm. I feel better, look better and I’m happier. Who would not want that to be their life? I am still obese but getting healthier everyday and getting a little thinner everyday.
